Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. We want our clients to have confidence in working with SKIMBOX.

Effective Date: 2025-05-19

1. 100% Refund Eligibility

We offer a 100% refund if:

- The client expresses dissatisfaction with the work during the initial phase of the project.

- The project falls under services tagged with 100% Refund Policy during initial discussions, proposal, or meetings.

Important: If SKIMBOX does not communicate the 100% refund clause during proposal or initial discussion, the project is not eligible under this policy.

2. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 45 days, depending on:

- Type of service

- Stage of project

- Dependencies and third-party involvement

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

- Custom development work already delivered.

- Subscriptions to third-party software initiated on behalf of the client.

- Completed consultancy or strategy work.

5. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@skimbox.co or legal@skimbox.co. Please include:

- Project name

- Reason for refund

- Invoice or payment reference number

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage clients to first reach out via email or phone. We aim to resolve all refund requests amicably and fairly.
